Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this site. They are written in plain language on purpose, and they are short because the site does very little.
Scope
These terms apply to every page on this site. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site — there is nothing here that requires an account or a commitment.
Informational use only
Everything here is provided for general information about Modern Warfare 4 DMZ Early Access. It is not game support, and it is not a substitute for Activision's own documentation or support. Dates, requirements and fixes change; check the official sources linked on each page before making a decision based on what you read.
Trademarks
Call of Duty, Modern Warfare, DMZ, Activision, Infinity Ward, BlackCell and all related names, logos and assets are trademarks of their respective owners. This site is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Activision or Infinity Ward. Trademark use on this site is nominative — to identify the game and its systems — and no ownership is implied.
External links
This site links to official pages, store listings, community hubs and third-party guides. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. We link to them because they are useful and because we cite them; a citation is not an endorsement.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We grade our claims and date them, and we correct errors when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that any page is complete, current or free of mistakes.
Personal use
You may read, quote and link to this site freely. Republishing substantial portions of it as your own work is not permitted, and please do not present our content in a way that suggests we are affiliated with you or with any publisher.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or of anything you do based on it.
