Contact and corrections

If something on this site is wrong, we want to know. That includes wrong dates, misquoted official wording, and fixes that did not work when you tried them. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us.

Facts checked against official sources onOctober 21, 2026. See oureditorial policyfor how each claim is graded.

What to send us

The more of these you include, the faster we can act on it:

  • The page URL and the specific sentence or table row that is wrong.
  • What we wrote and what should be correct.
  • Where the correction comes from — an official page, an in-game screen, or your own testing.
  • When you checked, so we can tell whether the page was right and has since gone stale.

How we handle corrections

Corrections land in the same grading system as everything else. When a claim moves from "reported" to "official" because someone found the original source, we update the page and note what changed. When we get something wrong, we correct it rather than quietly deleting it — a guide that hides its mistakes is harder to trust than one that shows them.

We cannot fix game bugs. If you are locked out of DMZ or the client will not launch, the fastest route is Activision's own support atsupport.activision.com/mw4. Our troubleshooting page covers the cases we can document; the support page covers account and entitlement problems that only Activision can see.
